I figured it would be a good idea to make a list of different places where people can find and/or order parts.
I hope this can help and if you know somewhere else you can buy parts or ship globally, feel free to post them!
Please note: Do not post links to sites that sell custom/non-tamiya original parts.

Hi questions for the "Direct from Japan" shops.
Do they ship to the Philippines? I'm planning to buy parts from them. :) Thank you!

I'd think they would, but to be sure you could just go to the site, add something to the basket then try to check out and see if you're given PH as a shipping destination.

Just got back from Japan a few weeks ago. No one ships stuff period, and if they do, it's Japan only. They best you can do is use a proxy service that buys the item for you, has it shipped to their Japan warehouse...then shipped to you. This is super expensive, and usually adds $20-50 in fees + shipping, depending on what you buy.

Yeah, that’s normal. You have to find a shop or a particular seller that is specifically intersted in selling to gaijin, probably gaijin themselves like Scott @hljboss at HLJ which is now a massive operation but he was once just a guy from...I’m pretty sure Auburn Hills, Mi, about a half hour away from me.

HLJ normally takes %10 off retail so they are pretty much always going to be cheaper than Tamiya USA as long as you are shipping things wisely because Mini 4WD parts are very small and light by their nature.

Of course HLJ is an actual shop for new stuff so if you want a rare kit from the 90s you’ll have to use someone else. I get a large portion of my new releases from them, though. That Toyota LMP1 car for example, they just sent me one of those.

I am not sure about to the Philippines, you are probably better off finding a local shop to source most of your parts. If you don't know Japanese it's difficult to order parts from Japan, but some of the big online stores will ship international, you just need to order enough to make it worth the EMS shipping charges that start at $20 and goes up from there.

There are some Japanese stores on Amazon that will ship to the US, often with free shipping. The downside is waiting 4 to 5 weeks for the package to float across the ocean.

Any sites/sources that can ship to Canada? it's really hard to find stores that sell Mini 4wd stuff here. Thanks!

Probably because of huge race this weekend and another race they are attending today. They've been working for like 2 weeks straight making the track pieces to replicate the Spring GP track in Japan.

It's a bit of a trek, but Enomoto shop in Hahioji is a must.
Also, Tamiya Pla Model Factory store in Shinbashi
    Dribar in Toshima
Any Bic Camera, Kojima, Yodobashi should have a track and parts as well.

Enomoto is totally worth it. He has stuff that nobody else has. Also the best one stop shop for specialized mini4wd tools. Last year I picked up the Toyota Gazoo Le Mans car that no other store in Japan had at the time.

Last summer I had my choice of two places to go in Tokyo/Yokohama area. Picked Enomoto and Force Labo. Don't regret missing the other shops(I may try to squeeze another one it this summer but only 1 night in Tokyo so...)
