Was tempted to call it T2....but it sounded a little silly.
Anyway, this is something I've wanted to do for a long time, I wonder if anyone can guess what I'm building this time?

Finished it, it's not an amazing build, maybe I'll revisit some time, but I was just doing this for a laugh and not really being serious.

Here's a small video, not a great, in fact, it's pretty awful with low light....but what ever, it works!

And it's all made from tamiya parts, well except the shaft stoppers, but I can just switch them out for tamiya ones.

I just wanted to make a mini4 with tracks....don't really have any other plan for it tbh.

Finally started snowing here within the past hour. I hope it settles well because I want to try taking this car out on a leash in the snow :D

    Snow day!

I had some issues with this, first being the cold sapping the batteries :(
That kind of meant the car didn't have enough power to drive the tracks in cold weather.
So I changed it a little, at the start you can see I've changed the toothed wheels for regular wheels and trimmed a tire to fit between the little rubber guide uprights on the track. Worked flawlessly now, still slow in the cold, but pretty quick in dry or warm places.

So I switched over the tracks to a random standard AR chassis I had lying around which I had no plans for and decided to make a regular S2.

I think the tracks work better on the AR, but I am planning to make another tracked build when I get more parts and the MA that's in the post.

Anyway, I tried some sort of experimental stay system that I found on YT and after making it, decided I wanted to mount it on something. So I got the idea to rescue the S2 chassis. Here's how it worked out. Still waiting on a bunch of super hard lp tires, still needs rollers and shell, other than that, it's finished.

Following the YT video, I made a couple of little carbon plates to use as under guard for the rear rollers, it will just sit at the bottom on the same long screw.

No idea why I did this, anyway, I'm trying to make a High Speed MS car (simple, not a carbon car). That is about 50% finished right now. I also got a few other plans, tracked MA, 8x8 MA crawler (it's gonna look so funny if it works), suspension on the bullhead and finally, still have to finish off the MS F.I.S.S with double wishbone. So much to do.... >.<
